Lune Mills Housing

As part of a master plan for the redevelopment of this former mill, designed by IWA, an area adjacent to the river and an existing stone perimeter wall has been allocated for housing. The scheme is designed around a series of mews courts arranged perpendicular to the river frontage. These contain 3 storey town houses with home working/studio provision and are stepped to provide framed views to the river.
A series of apartment buildings engage with the stone perimeter wall along the river frontage.
