The existing barn is situated within the curtilage of the grade II listed farm house at the foot of Bow Brickhill.
The barn is to be converted for residential use as an annex to the main house with improvements to the landscaping.
The restored barn retains the 19C timber trusses and original proportions of the barn while also providing a contemporary extension for a home office and studio.
