An international design competition for 12 enclosed garden dwellings.
The project is conceived as a series of courtyard dwellings, clustered together to create an identifiable community. Each dwelling benefits from a southwest orientation onto an enclosed private garden. This clustered form gives the flexibility to create the community containment with a series of pedestrian routes that link to the wider urban connections.
